I was born in Zimbabwe in the late ’70s and grew up in South Africa, always drawn to nature and the allure of wild, off-the-beaten-path places. Over the past 20+ years, my career as a geologist has taken me across many African countries, offering incredible experiences but also exposing me to the environmental challenges tied to resource exploration.
In recent years, I have shifted my focus to capturing Africa’s natural beauty through photography. My mission is to showcase the continent’s breathtaking wildlife and landscapes, aiming to raise awareness about the urgent issues facing African ecosystems, such as human encroachment, habitat loss, and climate change. Through my work, I strive to share the stories behind each image and inspire a deep respect for Africa’s rich biodiversity.
